The Menlo Park Legends are a distinguished collegiate summer baseball program representing the California Collegiate League (CCL) in the Northern California division. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Legends combine competitive summer baseball with a strong development environment, first-class hosting, and opportunities for collegiate players to showcase their talents in front of scouts and coaches.
A Bay Area Baseball Tradition
Founded as part of the Legends Baseball organization — which began in the summer of 2008 — the Menlo Park Legends have cultivated a reputation as one of the premier summer collegiate teams on the West Coast. The organization joined the CCL in 2012, bringing high-level competition and a commitment to player development to Northern California.
Each summer, the Legends roster is filled with top collegiate players from NCAA programs across the country who compete in a wood-bat environment designed to mirror professional play. In addition to on-field competition, the program supports athletes through state-of-the-art training, conditioning programs, and professional coaching aimed at helping players reach their full potential.

For example, the 2025 Menlo Park Legends roster competed in over 30 games across the summer schedule as part of the league's traditional summer season.
Development Beyond the Diamond
More than just a summer ball team, the Legends organization includes youth baseball camps and community outreach that promote personal and athletic growth for players of all ages. As a 501(c)(3) community program, the Menlo Park Legends emphasize character, commitment, and development both on and off the field.
A Dynamic Presence in the CCL
The Legends continue to represent the Bay Area in the California Collegiate League with pride, offering a first-class summer baseball experience that prepares collegiate athletes for future opportunities in the sport. Their blend of competitive play, player development, and community engagement makes the Menlo Park Legends a valued member of the CCL family.
