Hosts Sammy Fahn, Calvin Kaplan, and Max Langer opened the episode by speaking with Week 6 Pitcher of the Week Franky Lopez of the MLB Academy Barons. Lopez discussed his recent standout performance on the mound against the Santa Barbara Foresters, as well as what his three years with the Barons have meant to him. His interview offered listeners a closer look at his growth, experience, and impact within the MLB Academy program.

The episode also featured a conversation with longtime Santa Barbara Foresters Manager and CCL baseball legend Bill Pintard. Pintard spoke in depth about the work his team puts in each day to continue improving, the history of the Foresters, and how he began his decades-long journey with the organization. He also reflected on the dedication of his current and former players, including the excitement of seeing Foresters alumni take the next step and get drafted by Major League Baseball.

After the interviews, the hosts highlighted Week 6 Hitter of the Week Tino Vasell of the Sonoma Stompers. Vasell put together an impressive week at the plate, going 11-for-19 and delivering a standout 4-for-5 performance against the Alameda Merchants.

To close the episode, Sammy, Calvin, and Max returned with their A View From The Booth segment, where they recapped a thrilling week of CCL Baseball filled with exciting games, standout performances, and dramatic comebacks from around the league.
