| June 4, 2016

June 4, 2016 San Luis Obispo, CA Trailing 9-1 going into the bottom half of the seventh inning the San Luis Obispo Blues erupted for 6 runs in the seventh and then added five more in the eighth to take the second contest of a three-game series against the visiting Walnut Creek Crawdads 12-9. Then, in the bottom of the eight, the Blues offense batted-around again, scoring five runs and securing the win. Not to be lost in the offensive outburst was the relief pitching of Justin Goosen-Brown, who pitched the final 4 2/3 innings for the Blues to pick up the win, allowing only 1 hit while striking out eight.
